I'm pretty sure there's nothing like that here as it would take it into the realms of advertising.
My thoughts would be your local newspaper as that way you could meet whoever wants to buy and probably be sure of a sale.
I think the problem trying to sell on a site like this is people are all over the world so you still don't have the guarantee that whoever wants to buy will part with their money and you've got the added cost of postage.
