Recently my windows 7 became corrupted and blue screened soon after loading. I re installed windows on another drive as I suspected the drive where windows was installed was failing. I want to transfer all of my files and settings from my old installation to the new. I cannot use windows easy transfer as I cannot get into my old installation to do the backup.
Does anyone know of any third party software that can do a similar job (preferably freeware or shareware), but working just from the new windows installation?
