A bunch of White Rose
Jupiter, as everyone knows who has even primary level of knowledge about Linux, maintains the cpu temperature and balances it, extends battery life/performance to name a few. TLP is another such kind of software. Unfortunately, when my love for Windows comes from automation and utilities, I could not find a software to automatically/detect for managing cpu temp, safe process management and not just like undervolting settings, motherboard detection as speedfan does.
Lowering maximum processor power state to 90%, could not solve my problem. I have replaced my battery, use a moderately good cooling pad, replaced HDD, did a servicing to clean inside but still can't play sims 3, nor can I play a youtube video more than 10-15 minutes!
And this is NOT always due to overheating.
I know I am raising the issue for the third time - (http://www.sevenforums.com/performance-maintenance/274676-my-dell-inspiron-has-started-stopping-down-unexpectedly-again.html)
