is there an lscpi command but for windows

Hello, I use windows and linux pretty equally. I like that in linux I can type in lspci from a terminal and it will tell me all about my hardware including brand, model, etc. This works even if the device is not setup/installed with drivers.

Does windows have such a feature? What ends up happening to me is that I will get a pc without drivers and want to find out what network chipset is in it. So I'll boot up linux and run lspci and it will tell me what chipset the network card, video card, sound card, wifi card, etc all use.

I'd love to be able to do this right from inside windows.

It works with Vista, but not XP unfortunately.
