just tell how to remove this frame now..
i have been searching.. and find solution by editing some .dll file..

is there any other way to remove this empty frame

You will need to edit the images in the bitmap and image folders in the authui.dll in both C:\Windows\System32 and C:\Windows\SysWOW64

You would need to manually edit files regardless. I am unaware of any simple program to accomplish this, unlike the Start menu user picture and frame.

If its any help the authui.dll in the zip below has both the picture frame removed and the ease of access center button removed for the x64 bit system32 folder. You can just take ownership of yours, rename and replace with this one and all will be gone for you.
