I've spent many hours looking though Google and other sites, and even this very forum. But I can't find any way to bypass administrators on a local computer.
Is there any way to remove an administrator account for good with a standard account?
Specifics:
Is there any way for a person with those specifics to remove the administrator account or at least change the administrator password?

- Cannot install/Burn programs
