Is there anything like Wireless Zero Configuration in windows7?

Hi

i was wondering if there are anything like the Wireless Zero configuration on windows 7

The thing that scans for wireless networks constantly.
because i am having some troubles lately

Just Google Wireless scanner
Google is your friend.

i want to know if there is one incorporated in windows 7
because it is not good, since it causes high ping every time it scans.
i was wondering if there is anything like that in windows 7
not a program that scans internet....

Hello jinyin,

I think i get what you mean.

The problem you're facing is very well known and happens with some wireless hardware.

The problem is, Windows is scanning regularly for Wireless networks, even if you're already connected. While scanning, some wireless cards cannot do anything else (like actually exchanging packets), that's why the "hiccup" happens.

Fortunately the problem can easily be remedied with this software.
