Is This a Good Setup?

As some of you have seen my other topic (http://www.sevenforums.com/hardware-devices/73214-thinking-buying-new-computer-good-setup.html) well that was about a desktop and now this is about a laptop. I thinking now instead of buying a desktop I might buy a Dell Inspiron 15 Laptop that has this configuration:

It's outdated but would be okay if you have a tight budget. I would get an i3 or i5 CPU, DDR3 RAM, and an 7200RPM hard drive. This has NONE of these things. It better be real inexpensive...but like I say....it would work. I personally have a Core 2 Duo CPU in my lappy. I also has DDR3 RAM, and a 7200 RPM HD however....it does alright.
