Is this a REAL Update or something nasty?

Hi all.

Just turned on my PC and found this...

I am running NOD32 Antivirus, so I don't expect any surprises. However, this is a strange type of 'update' box isn't it? There is no explaination as to what I'm turning on, which makes me a bit nervous.

Anyone know what it is?

Dunno, I just checked for updates and nothing new here.

It's ok.
It means it's asking if you want updates from Microsoft Update besides Windows Update.
ex: drivers for keyboard/mice, nic, etc
You always have the option not to install it.

It's perfectly safe, i had the same option about a week ago and it's not done any harm.

As kpo6969 stated it's just updating from purely Windows Update to other software from Microsoft.
