My home LAN has several computers, several of which are Windows 7. One of the Windows 7 computers is our local server and on my desktop Windows 7 machine, I have assigned one of the server's drives a drive letter.
Until just recently, when I would click said drive letter in Explorer, the directory would typically open immediately. Yes, on occasion, I had to wait 15+ seconds for it to open, but most of the time, it was quick. Recently, however, I have to wait pretty much every time I click the icon.
I am assuming that I changed something that is makes this process consistently slow, but I have no idea what I might have changed. Any suggestions?
