Are you absolutely sure there is no Make/Model on the case?

Sorry to ask this again but every manufacturer has a sticker with the details. As Dinesh said, if it's Dell then look for 'Inspiron' or 'Latitude' or E500 or similar.

Yeah it's a Dell Dimension 2400.

1. install chipset driver from here.
2. install video driver from here.
3. restart your computer.
4. if these dont work then uninstall the video driver and install this.

And no, I don't have the disks, I got this computer from when I had to get my old computer fixed.

XP was the last OS supported for this GFX controller. You may need to run the install file in compatability for XP (right-click setup.exe -> properties -> compatability tab)

Once you have the drivers installed, run Windows Update to see if any new drivers appear

Okay, how do I uninstall the video driver?

You can go through Device Manager, when you right-click the device just select Uninstall.

Or click the Start button and in the Start Search button, type appwiz.cpl and press Enter. It will load the list of all installed programs. In the list, look for the intel drivers and uninstall them.

Damn, OS is not supported

@dinesh The 4th download said the OS didn't meet all of the requirements or something. :/
