Is this correct keyboard drivers

It don't seem like this is correct keyboard drivers on my laptop. Is there something missing because the Esc, Enter, some of the F#, Fn, some of the letters and windows key just quit working one day. I've tried acer support and basically they just want money. Tried windows tips, uninstall and reboot and even did a complete reinstall of os. still dont work. On screen keyboard works fine, but annoying to use.

That looks like the correct drivers. The problem is the keyboard. Replace the keyboard. I had to do that on an Acer laptop a couple of years ago. Not too big of a job.
