ok so i have adsl+2 internet broadband on an elite plan here is my results i want to know are these ADSL+2 speeds or just ADSL speed since we used to have that.

also i have a fuzzy sound on the phone when you ring someone changed all the fiters and purchased a new ADSL+2 modem today and the sound is still there could it be the phone line causing speed issues and the fuzzy sound?

How far are you from the exchange?

The speed of your connection is relative, to me your speed is fantastic, about 6x what I get. Does it match the level of service you have contracted for with your ISP? If you are paying for a 25M connection but getting only 9.4M then it's an issue, if you are paying for a 10M or less then not so much an issue.
