Is this new setup worth it?

Hi, I am planning on building my own PC (media use and some gaming) and have done a lot of research and this hardware has caught my eye:

I have a ATI Radeon HD 4650 OC and am planning to use this graphics card for a little while longer becuase I am happy with its performance.

Firstly I want to know is this worth the cost as it will come to about £630? Also is the cooling to this case any good if I decide to overclock my CPU (With decent heatsink and fan):?

Thanks for replying, yeah I thing 4GB will be enough, right now I am using 4GB memory Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 326MHz 5-5-5-15, I think its slower then the one on the bundle (GEIL 4GB DDR3 1333 CL7 BLACK DRAGON Memory) but Im not sure:? Oh yes I am on Windows 7 64 bit.

Well then 4GB is a good starting point, you can always add more as long as the mobo can accept it.

I'm not aware of really any games that fully utilize 4GB of RAM or need any more than that...so that should be alright for awhile.

If your current copy of Windows 7 is an OEM (System Builders) version that came with your current computer, or is an Upgrade version purchased for that computer, it is licensed to that computer and you cannot legally transfer it to your new computer. You MUST buy a new license for the new computer, or else it is stealing. Read your EULA. It will say something similar to the following, which is for Windows 7 Professional (their bold),

By using the software, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the software.

The software license is permanently assigned to the computer with which the software is distributed. That computer is the “licensed computer.”

The software may include more than one version, such as 32-bit and 64-bit. You may use only one version at one time.

It is important to note you do not own the software, you own a license to use it. And note this is an industry policy, not just Microsoft's.

Yes this Windows 7 is an upgrade version (I have to have XP or Visa installed before installing Windows 7). This is no worry because with my current computer I will remove Windows 7 and install Vista and use my Windows XP CD to install Windows 7 on the new one.

Well, that is fine, but ONLY IF that is a "retail" version of XP. If that copy of XP is an OEM (or upgrade) version that came with, was preinstalled on, or was purchased for another computer, then its license is tied to that other computer. OEM versions cannot be transferred to new computers, and therefore cannot be used as qualifiers for Windows 7 Upgrades.

Technically, the software will let you do it and you can probably get away with it. But you can technically run a stop sign and probably get away with that too. But that still does not make it legal.
