But I wouldn't go with that OCZ or the Coolermaster.

Look for:

XFX
Seasonic
Corsair, certain models
Antec, certain models

550 or 600 watts is enough from a quality manufacturer.

thank you all for your help but i rushed in and bought the coolermaster before late delivery cutoff. ironically, the psu box was damaged and id rather not buy a computer part ina box that looks like it was thrown against the wall.
