I had to reformat and reinstall win7 this afternoon.My question is I used to have a 100 Mb boot partition now after clean install I don't have one will this matter see screenshot below
everything is working as it as it should if not a little snappier

No, it's fine. All the boot data is now on the same partition as the OS, instead of the 100mb partition.
