Is Wermgr.exe editing my registry normal?

Hello Everyone,

I noticed three days ago that wermgr.exe has been editing my registry two separate times a day.

C:\Windows\System32\wermgr.exe Modify startup settings
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-615882021-1138659333-3985626749-1001\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\LHWerQueuedReporting

I was wondering if this is normal because this has only started happening recently.
