Is "Whale Communications Client Components v 3.7.2" necessary?

Trying to clean things up a bit. came across this install and I'm wondering if I should get rid of it?

It's a Windows IAG (intelligent application gateway) for secure communication over VPN, if I remember right. If you use VPN, then you need it. If it's installed on your system, there's no reason to remove it - you can leave it alone.
