A boot image can be extracted from another bootable DVD. You should also be able to download one. MagicIso may have one included. MagicISO - Convert BIN to ISO, Create, Edit, Burn, Extract ISO file, ISO/BIN converter/extractor/editor Just a note, I had some problems with MagicIso. If you seem to have problems, try another one.
