When I insert my disk, I am asked if I want to run the .exe file. I click to run and I get the message, "Library not registered"? Can anyone enlighten me as to what is wrong?

Thankyou for your posts. I have resolved my issue and it was a compatibility mode problem. My system was trying to run the .exe file as a windows xp sp3 compatible application. Installed now. Thanks again.
