Solved issues when pressing ctrl + alt + delete

Hi I am new to this so I apologize if I have posted this in the wrong place. But I have windows 7 64 bit and I don't know what happened but somehow now when I press ctrl + alt + delete, nothing shows up except "switch user." I remember there being numerous options, including restarting, logging off, and accessing the task manager...but none of that is there anymore. Does anyone know how to get it back? Thanks.

You might check using the tutorials below to see if you may have removed them somehow.

CTRL+ALT+DEL Screen - Add or Remove Change Password

CTRL+ALT+DEL Screen - Add or Remove Task Manager

Hey Shawn, the downloads for all those worked great . I wish I knew why/how I removed them accidentally. Is there somewhere in your control panel to access what options you can add/remove for the ctrl + alt + delete function? Also, I'm still missing the red box power icon in the lower right hand corner...don't know how that got removed either. Thanks again!

You're most welcome. That's great news so far.

If you have some sort of all in one tweaking program, then it may have been a setting in it that caused this. I would also recommend to do a full scan of your system with MalwareBytes free just to help make sure that you system is clean though.

For the red shut down menu box, the tutorial below may help to restore it.
