It is possible to make win 7 OEM disk?

Hello, im new in the forum, i will explain my situation: I have a sony vaio sve14 laptop, i purchased from second hand but didnt noticed that it has a password protected bios, wanna install windows 7 because i like it and have total compatibility with my cellphone service boxes (im a mobile phone technician) actually it came with win 8.1 x64. The main problem is that it have secure install enabled in bios and cant use USB to install and even my burned win 7 ISO failed to install, the only one that worked was Win8.1 x64 OEM disc from a friend´s Dell. So i think that only OEM disc works on this computer. Is there any way to burn an OEM win 7 disc? Thanks in advance.

Hello and welcome firultd mate there are no more genuine ISO's available and an OEM can be bought which for what it is worth would be my choice.

But there is an alternative see this tutorial and as you read it you will find that any Windows DVD - maybe from a friend can be used using the ei.cfg removal tool BUT you will need an activation code which of course you do not have unless you buy one from M$.

Now you may have issues with the BIOS if it is EUFI too
