iTouch + Missing Driver

I'm having a problem with my Itouch not being detected as well as a missing driver (PCI Flash Memory). Im not overly concerned about the driver but is anyone else having issues with ther ipods and W7?

Also, is there a version of adobe flash player that works with this OS?

im having a problem with flash too, it works but the bigger i make the window the more the video lags, but the audio is ok.

fyi, its called an Ipod Touch...not an Itouch
