Itunes can't change info

I can't change the information on itunes such as the artists and title and I can't add lyrics on it.

Are you recieving any specific error messages when you try to modify the information? What exactly happens when you try to change the information on iTunes? I'm not a huge user of iTunes, but it seems like more information may be needed to help resolve this problem.

No, there is no any specific error. When I want to change the info, it won't work and cannot edit anything on the information since I can't even click on it.
