iTunes Error during Installation

While trying to install iTunes, I keep getting the error
Code: 
Error getting file security:
C:\ProgramData\34BE82C4-E596-4e99-A191-52C6199EBF6\ GetLastError: 5

Go to C:\ProgramData and delete the folders Apple and Apple Computer

Then try to install iTunes again
