Itunes freezes when closing.

Hey Guys,

Well I have a iPod so I have iTunes but heres my problem when i click the X to close the program it freezes on me and the only way to get it to close is to go to Task Manager then process's and find itune.exe, i have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and nothing has helped and i'm not finding anything on google that fixes my problems either. So if anyone knows how to fix it can you help me out please.

What antivirus do you use? Is it by any chance ESET NOD32?

iTunes has also been known to conflict with Bonjour in both Windows 7 and Vista. Scroll down to the bottom of the following article for instructions on how to temporarily turn off the service. Then try closing iTunes and see if it's closes properly.

I tried what that FAQ said and it worked so what should i do to fix the Bonjour service.
