Solved iTunes .itl file is locked

How do I change the attributes of the iTunes library folder
And get rid of the read only attributes as right now I can't access my iTunes for windows music library as it says the .itl file is locked on disk or you do not have permission to access this file.
Apparently it has something to do with the attributes that are set for the folder to read only only I can't even open iTunes at all because of it. Please help me here as it's driving me nuts! This is for windows 7 ultimate thanks matt

Also have a pretty bad speaker setup which is a klipsch promedia 5.1 surround speaker setup with huge subwoofer and lg blu ray player/writer. Also a hp officejet pro 8600 plus wireless all in one and a logitech s7500 webcam.
A quick solution would be to download the latest version of itunes and install it.

Or do a repair on itunes.

Thanks anyways but i already got the problem solved by downloading a zip file someone had posted and installed it so i could take ownership of that folder so the problem is solved. :)
