iTunes won't let me install--says I don't have administrator rights

I have to reinstall my iTunes because it isn't working properly. The problem is that it will install partway, then it tells me it can't continue because I don't have administrator rights. I am the only user and the administrator on the computer. It says to contact the administrator--I have told myself the problem, but I have no idea as to the solution. Please help!

Hello Kim, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You may need to right click on the iTunes installation file, and click on Run as administrator to allow it to install with administrator rights.
