Hello, i am having issues with the sound on my pc, i've been using it for months, but never had this problem before, it detects something in my green front jack, but there is nothing connected there, and it doesnt seem to detect when i connect into the rear panel jacks, i even tried unplugging the front panel from my motherboard, it still wants to detect something there :S

That really is weird. Ok try to reinstall the software from your sound card, before you do that get the new drivers. Unplug all jacks beforehand. Then see what happens.

The same happens here, but I got used to it. I just leave both the speaker and the headphone connected and working. When I need to use the headphone, I just turn off the speaker.
