Jack microphone stopped working

Hello, I am using a jack microphone (Boya). It was working last year, but for some reason it is not working now. I tried troubleshooting, uninstalling and installing drivers etc. Can you please help.

I know its not a battery or mic problem because I have used it today in my camera and it is working.

Try this once. Right click the speaker icon in the Task Bar, chose recording devices. Find your microphone and make sure its set as default. In this window you can go to the properties of the device and change volume, boost and other things.
