JAVA FAILURE TO INSTALL

i try to uninstall or reinstall java from the website and it says couldn't load dll file im running windows 7 home premium just keep's giving me an error when im trying to get it off my computer or reinstall it any ideas ive tried them all they mess with my windows installer i had to system restore a few times.
