Java Removal

If I recall correctly, and I could be wrong, this was the forum where there was a recommendation for a tool to 100% remove any and all traces of Java.

The one tool I found on the internet using google was JavaRa. Went to their site, but Win 7 is not listed.

I need a program for 32 bit win 7 and one for 64 bit Win 7 which will 100% remove Java.

JavaRa is the only tool that I know of. Before my clean install, I personally used it to remove x32 java from my W7 x64 machine, but I don't know about x64 java, as I never installed it.

The official uninstall instruction says to use just windows add remove. Isn't official removal instruction any good

No. Visit the javara site and you will find out why that for most of us it is inadequate especially in the case of an infected system.

Like it was mentioned above, I've used it to remove Java from my 64 bit Win 7.

I guess I'm not seeing what you are talking about on the Javara site, unless you

are talking about Win 7 not being in the supported versions.

As for an infected system, I'll let the experts comment on that.
