401402 hi and welcome
You will probably find it easier and faster to reinstall windows 7 rather than trying to troubleshoot the various problems you now have.
If you have a backup from prior to the problem you can restore from that.
If you do not have a backup do you have a working windows dvd to either do a repair install, or clean install?
