Joining W2003 SP2 domain

Hi,
i have installed W7 full installation from Dell. I have got W2003 SP2 DC. When i am running W7 without domain, it is ok, running well, but when i join my domain, users can not logon, because service is stopped (event ID 7031). When i am trying to logon with admins privil. it is possible, but there is an error too. but i am logged in and it is running correctly. please can you help me?

Event ID 7031 is a print spooling error are you running a networked printer? The Print Spooler service stops responding and Event ID 7031 is logged into Windows 2000 or in Windows Server 2003

System Event Notification Service

Hello, I think it is not spooler. When I log on as "normal" user system will show me a message : unable to connect to System Event Notification Service and it is impossible to log on. But when I try one more time as the same user, it is running without any problems. When I log on with admin privil. it is ok, but in the notification area a message appear: It was uunable to connect System Event Notification Service ,........
