Solved Jumper settings

Hi,

I use this drive as master HD: Samsung SSD 830 Series - MZ-7PC064 and want to use this as slave: Western Digital WD20EARX 2TB, read that I have to use the jumper on pin 3-4 but it does NOT work, tried without any jumper and still nothing.
The HD is recognized in the BIOS but Windows does not detect it.
Help please.

Just to be sure after attaching the new drive, did you right click my computer go into management and then process it through drive management there?
It may just need a drive letter assigned to it for windows to see it.
