I'm running Outlook 2010 (Home and Business Edition 32 bits).
I have a long list of "Blocked Senders" that suddenly stopped to work: Doesn't filter anymore.
How do I correct this?
Any help will be appreciated.

Regards,
Flores

...There was a recent update to the junk email filter - might be worth a look through this MS Article

Dear Irene,

Thanks for your help.

I have both my W7 and Office 2010 updated, and this update is installed even though I was not aware of.:o

Coincidence or not, the junk mail filter stopped working quite recently.
Maybe this update (or some of the others downloaded at the same date) is(are) responsible for the problem.

Regards,
Flores

Perhaps you could uninstall the specific update and see if that resolves that problem. If not, you can always reinstall. ;)

Hi Irene,

Yes, that's exactly what I have done yesterday and it worked just fine.

Thanks so much,

Flores

JUnk filter on Outlook 2010 not working

Right - I had this problem for ages and couldn't work out how to fix it even after extensive internet searches.
Well I fixed it.

Go to your Safe Recipients section and delete your email address

hope that helps
