Had problems with Win 7 and BSOD's on a regular basis . (M4n82 Deluxe Mobo - AMD Phenom 545) I did notice the exclamation mark in Device Manager about 'Coprocessor', but didn't give it a thought. Well, it showed out to be just the solution to install Nvidia's Coprocessor driver! 'Funny' thing is that I never saw it mentioned when surfing on the net for a solution! And MS Fix It also did nothing to suggest anything near..So here's for you in trouble to culprit your troubles ;-)
