I was watching TV this morning and happened to catch the trailer, a bit to "Rambo on Steroids against the World-ish" for my taste but I know they tend to go over board on the commercials so... what game would you compare it to?

I am game-less for the time being and I am looking for something to do.

It's hard to compare to others...

It has the sandbox / exploration style of GTA, the city leaping scaling of prototype/spiderman?, lots of guns and explosions and quite a lot of side mission etc.

It looks good, runs well and has a lot of playability in it.

The main character is a little Ramboesque and exaggerated, but it suits the games 'over the top' ethos. It's pretty good fun.


(well it has been for the 7 or so hours I've played it so far)

Don't pay any attention to commercials. Remember how they made Bioshock2 look?

Runs good here on 7 x64... got about 27 hours into it. Its a pretty good game but it does have a couple annoying qualities that you'll find while playing.

OK, thanks smarteyeball... this kind of did it for me.

And yeah, I know better than to believe the commercials but, when even the commercials make the action scenes look WAY Over the Top, I get a little worried

You know what though, it has been a long time since a dev house has put in the time to do a Demo and a 1GB demo to boot... that deserves an A+ in my book. Usually all we get are Console ports and/or excuses why a Demo is not available. This is very cool !!!

The installation will crash if you try to install it on an XP machine, so yeah, it should install and run fine on Win 7
