Just formatted but screen Flashes

Just Installed my new Motherboard and new SSD drive,

All drivers are installed (well as far as I can tell) yet everytime I boot windows up just after beverything has loaded the screen flashes then comes back to how it should be, Not a massive problem, but I have never had this before and dont want an underlying problem on my fresh install, is there anything I can check to see whats causing the issue ?

Motherboard I installed was a savertooth 990FX R2.0 if thats of any help

I also get this random grey square where my rubbish bin should be, when I reboot, not all the time, but when its there it wont go unless I click on it, which turns my monitor 90 degrees,




I have checked all drivers and everything is good, (Well as far as I can see) never had this issue before I swapped motherboards, but cant see how a motherboard would cause this issue either.
