Just had a 2nd BSOD & reboot!

With Windows 7 Pro x64.
So far this has happened only twice since installing W7 about 6 weeks ago.
The first BSOD was this AM.
The last hardware change was going from 6gb to 8gb of RAM last week.
Please have a look at the attached Minidump & let me know what you think?
