Just started getting BSOD's

Hi, I have had my computer for about 3 months now, and I have had a few BSOD's in the last few days, and I was wondering if you could help me discover the problem

My specs are:

Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit - not and OEM
CPU = Quad Core AMD Phenom II X4 955 Processor
4GB of RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX460 SE
500GB SATA HDD

If you need anything else with the spec then let me know

I think I have followed the instuctions on the BSOD help page for uploading the kernal dump files and the system check, which I have attached in the .rar file

Hopefully someone can help, and as I say if you need more information then il try to get back as quick as I can!

two problems

1-ASACPI.SYS a major cause of BSOD's in the 2005 and earlier rev.

The pre 2009 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.

The pre 2009 versions of this driver is a known BSOD cause.

Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit" (it's about the 12th item down).
Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005 or 4).

2-Your Atheros wifi driver. Re-install with newest.

Thank you for your reply

I have updated the first driver, and the time stamp is updated to 2009, so hopefully that fixes that problem.

With regards to the atheros usb wireless stick, the driver I have is the newest one I can find, I looked into it a bit further and some people have been saying they don't know a fix of it, but they have been using windows xp drivers (un-installing win 7 drivers and then putting the xp ones in there place). Is this advisable to do?

Just had another BSOD, iv uploaded the latest error but I think iv also uploaded the BSOD errors from before as well, not sure how to stop it doing that
