just upgraded to ultimate now computer is slow

ok so I spent hours on with MS TS they had me do all this again and it netted no help so in frustration I wiped my HD back to home preimum and all is well so I expieremented and upgraded again and as soon as I did it was slow again so i am back to home preimum are there any sugestions I assume it is just an optimization thing

Often times when upgrading an operating system winsock or TCP/IP will become corrupted. This will cause your browser to not work at all or work very poorly. If that is the problem it's easy to fix.
