Doing anything on the computer gives it a BSOD, playing games, watching youtube, etc. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to happen, but it happens. Sometimes couple BSOD throughout the day. Its really old pc still running win7, probably 5-10 years old, but still runs and does its job. :D

Ram came back fine, did HDD test(smart was fine, short dst failed at 90%) I just checked my HDD and it has 17.2gb free space out of 270gb. Looks like my brother downloaded tons of shit that i didn't realize, looks like ill need to reinstall a fresh win7 to get rid of all the clutter and get rid of BSOD.

Run Long Generic if that fails too, which it most likely will, if you have anything on it that you need to keep, you need to backup your drive asap and purchase a new one.

BSOD is because your HDD is failing.

Formatting and fresh/clean install will not prevent BSOD in your case.
