I finally got my desktop to appear on my 32" TV. I bought a Logitech k400 to handle typing and trackpad duties but noticed that using this KB and my regular Anywhere mouse, there was noticeable lag as well as no place to put the mouse.
What kind of setup do you couch gamers use? I love playing games but I suck big time and wont dare play multiplayer so I'm just looking for a way to sit in a nice cushy couch with a cold one and zone out on GTA4.

Though I'm not a couch gamer
Try to put a mouse pad on the arm of the chair/couch(if it is wide enough) and maybe put the keyboard on your lap or a board on your lap?

So a long board may not help me much but, it is a cheap idea that I may follow though... I still have my old and trusted G7 wireless mouse so I may test it in a few days, or when I am done building the new rig.
WOW, this has given me all sorts of ideas that I am starting to get a headache...

I've been using a cheap paper notebook, the under $1 type as a "mouse pad." If works fine until I move a little then the mouse falls on to the floor and comes apart. Ideally, I'd like to have a mouse that would eliminate the need for a keyboard completely. I suppose, one could argue to use an XBox controller.

A mouse to eliminate the Keyboard??? WOW... I don't even know how that would work!
Don't get me wrong, I wish that I could move left and right with the mouse now instead of using the A + D but then, the only way would be to be skipping to one side or the other with the mouse and that would surely hinder your sighting and your shooting, more so on a firefight that you need to seek cover or move fast out of the way... me thinks it would me a total mess and a blood bath.
I already move forward with the RMB so the only thing would be the backward button and that one gets use more than one would like to give credit to it
