Please post the CBS.log file, and the following files...
C:\Window\Logs\CBS\Deepclean.log

I'll see if I can make any sense out of them.

There was an error in yesterday's runs of the tool - but that was cleared quickly, and I can find no significant errors in either of the logs you posted - I still need to see the full CBS.log file though.

Sorry - I won't touch mediafire or iLivid - both are known to be heavily associated with malware, and are also riddled with ads.

Please use a less obnoxious fileshare site ( SkyDrive or DropBox are ideal )

Of all file hosts they're the less intrusive ever... direct link without an annoying timer and speed is as high as your bandwidth can take you, really great file host and trust me, I hate most of them as much as you do. The files are intact, no adware or malware.

If you're the more conservative type, then I understand that too. Here's a link via SD: https://skydrive.live.com/?cid=F98E73CE45D439EB&id=F98E73CE45D439EB!176

Surprisingly, there is very little wrong there -
the only real points of concern are these..
Code:
 Line 5824: 2013-10-19 12:38:08, Error CBS Failed to shred identity: Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-LanguagePack [HRESULT = 0x80070057 - E_INVALIDARG]

The SFC scan found nothing amiss, but there are a lot of session state errors (and I can't honestly say I know what causes them - although they are not flagged as being serious)

There's one interesting area
Code:
Line 207242: 2013-10-19 12:40:31, Info CBS SQM: Warning: Failed to upload all unsent reports. [HRESULT = 0x80004005 - E_FAIL]

There's also an interesting and possibly related background error....
Code:
2013-10-19 12:40:48, Info CBS Failed to add %windir%\winsxs\pending.xml to WER report because it is missing. Continuing without it...

2013-10-19 12:40:48, Info CBS Failed to submit WER report. [HRESULT = 0x80070070 - ERROR_DISK_FULL][/B]
While the first two lines are fairly common the highlighted ones are not - I suspect that the problem is either that the report is too big for the filesystem, the relevant folder is tagged with the wrong permissions, or you have very limited space on the HD - and I note that elsewhere, there is this
Code:
2013-10-19 12:40:02, Info CBS Free disk space check on C:. Available: [B]3017MB[/B], Required size (Lang neutral): 0MB, Required size (Per language): 0MB, Languages installed: 1, Total Required: 0MB

This may be the cause of your problems - you should try and free up at least 15GB of space by pruning tempt files and other unwanted stuff - use the Disk Cleanup option with ONLY the following areas checked...

  • Temporary Internet files
  • Debug Dump Files
  • Recycle Bin
  • System error memory dump files
  • System error minidump files
  • Temporary files
  • Per user archives Windws Error...
  • System archived Windows Error...
See how much space that frees up, and post back (how big is your hard drive/C: partition??)

My ssd (c) is 128 gigs, so I have 120 effective. I currently have 3 gigs of free space. It's interesting.. maybe freeing up more space will fix this.

The out of disk space error is definitely a problem, and so is the driver uninstall failure.

The uninstall is failing, because the driver bth.inf version 6.1.7601.17607 is not installed in the driver store. FYI., you can get further details of driver install/uninstall failures by looking at %windir%\inf\setupapi.dev.log. In this case it looks like the "Winsxs store" and the "driver store" have gotten out of sync since the error is ERROR_NOT_FOUND when trying to uninstall bth.inf.

To verify, from an elevated cmd prompt run:

fsutil hardlink list %windir%\WinSxS\amd64_bth.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.17607_none_d0789c5ad225ef11\bth.inf

It should list 2 directories that bth.inf is linked to like:
\windows\WinSxS\amd64_bth.inf_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.17607_none_d0789c5ad225ef11\bth.inf
\windows\system32\driverstore\filerepository\...<path to bth.inf>

I'm assuming it won't list the one under driverstore\filerepository, which will indicate that I'm right that the two stores are out of sync. Even if it lists both directories they are still likely out of sync and the following steps will work to get around the problem.

1. run cleanmgr.exe and let it "cleanup windows updates", but do not reboot
2. run regedit.exe
3. navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing\DriverOperations
4. There should be a sub-key named either "0" or "1". Expand that key
5. Under that key, you will see one or more numbered keys. Look for the numbered key that contains a value named "Inf" which is equal to "bth.inf" (probably "1".). You need to delete this key, and in order to do that you will need to give Administrators ownership of the key, and give Administrators delete access following these instructions:
6. Right click that numbered key and select "permissions"
7. Select the Owner tab
8. Select Administrators in the “name” list
9. Click OK
10. Select Administrators in the “Group or User names” list
11. Click on the Allow check box for Full Control
12. Click OK
13. Right click the numbered key again and select Delete
14. Reboot the computer

Those steps prepare the “cleanup windows update” operation, but remove the step where it uninstalls bth.inf from the driverstore. Worst case is it leaves bth.inf and its associated files orphaned in the driver store, but that should not cause any problems.
