Offered to me yesterday by Win Upd... I was careful to UN-check it ... but believe it or not, it installed ANYWAY. On phone to MS to fix - since it's also eating 100% of CPU. So much for MS assurance that it was functionally benign.
Thank God for System Restore. (And I got the "opportunity"
to re-learn how to "hide" an update to more-positively prevent it from installing.)
