Should this update be installed if not upgrading to windows 10 do to other issues it fixes?This update addresses an issue in which system performance can be decreased during scans.

- I have done a clean install of Windows 7 using Dell re-installation disk (Dell sent me one). I also use Free Macrium reflect backup and restore.
