Using the very useful info in other thresds on this site I manually installed the following updates to a re-imaged C Drive taken early 2013 that was a fresh install of WIN7 64 Bit

KB3020369 KB3125574 KB3172605

I was expecting KB3125574 to take some time based om other users experiences but all 3 were reported as installed succesfully in around 30 minutes

I just want to be sure that this did in fact install as it should because I was expecting a large list of updates to be listed as my Installed Updates not just the above 3 Also since these updates have completed I have been prompted on quite a few occasions to download ever more updates many well before April 2016 I had thought these would have already been included in KB3125574

Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
That update is already pretty old but would update you through April of 2016 in one shot
So yep about 60-70 more to go i would imagine
To make life more straight forward sort the updates properly with these settings and only focus on the real Important updates,


To date I show 332 updates installed
20 I have not installed

One thing puzzles me though is if this update is a roll up to April 2016 why am I getting prompted to download Important Updates from well before this date

Unfortunatly I have already installed the recommended Updates Could this be a problem Should I start again before proceeding

Hi,
Not sure are you seeing any problems ?
If not just create a system image for where your at now to a separate hdd and if you want to start over at least you can go back easily if things don't go well
