Is this update a Microsoft Windows 10 telemetry update?


It's from 2015, but I need to be sure it won't provide any telemetry data to Microsoft before installation.


Call me paranoid I reckon, but better safe than sorry.

I don't see it, but then again if you see the thread I started, I can't get KB4474419 to install, so maybe I'm not being notified of anything further.
