kb4474419 error 8007005

I have a problem installing the kb4474419 update on a Windows 7 computer.I tried almost everything I found on the internet but without success.

I used SFCfix and System File Checker now does not give more errors but the problem remain. Then I tried with Tweaking.com, I use all possible repairs, but the update still does not want to be installed.

I'm really going crazy, the machine is only available with the remote desktop and I can't run a clean boot.

did you try downloading & installing kb4474419 from the microsoft catalog?

Yes, I downloaded it from there, I also tried v2 but without success.

I also tried with Tweaking.com - Windows Repair Free/Pro and my last try is with UpdatePack7R2 but it got stuck with this update. :banghead::banghead::banghead:

Is the KB4490628 update installed, Slither40? get it from here.

KB4474419 (any version like from V1 to V3) won't install unless KB4490628 is installed first

That's not true. KB4474419 (any version) has no prerequisites. Also KB4490628 missing does not trigger 8007005 but 80092004.
